What’s the greatest challenge in your relationship? or the sexual relationship to yourself?
Doesn’t matter how many partners or no current partners you have. These challenges can be part of any dynamic.
Yes, I know most people don’t ask you those questions all the time or maybe you have never been asked that before. And what I have found is that it’s not only you that has these challenges in your relationship, some are bigger than others but we are not immune to them. Including me.
Something that has helped me with my relationship with myself and my partner(s) is getting curious about what these actual challenges are. This way I can do what is needed to shift from it being challenging to a more pleasure-filled space within my relationship.
